Lines in my speech to be kept in my batchmate's heart

It’s good to know that we we’re approaching to a more elevated stage in our life, there are new faces coming, there will be new atmosphere, and there will be new experiences. Imagining those things are very fulfilling, however sadness may come up. The sadness of leaving the place that made the four years of our life completely. The place where laughter reigned, where tears fell, where foul words blabbed, where memories of friends as well as enemies made!

Remembering those memories is truly hearbtreaking especially if you know that these things will never happen again. Others were saying that “the new will replace the old.” But for me the old that they’re saying will never be replaced by anything or by anyone but will remain in my heart.

I know that there are lot of memories that we’ll miss, the acts with our classmates of having practice after class, accomplishing group projects, not attending class on the next day, begging for a piece of paper, borrowing of pens, and many more.

Also the memories with the most important personage here in our school, our teacher, teasing them to their crushes, celebrating when they are not around, having fun with them, acquiring advises from them and learning a lot from them, really satisfying!

On the other hand, the memories that aren’t that good, maybe to some, will still be with them like putting the frustration upon us in saying that we’re the worst batch because of not making any noise in achieving awards in the contests we had or not being too much active in co-curricular activities.

Do they know that God made everyone unique? We are not the same with the others, we're different, truly different! in our good ways. Maybe they got the brain but not the unity. I believe that it’s not yet the time to witness the “Bang!” of our batch. I also believe that God has a plan that’s why he didn't let us have those kinds of achievements. Maybe he wants to say that attitude is better than brain.

It isn’t the end in setting up goals seniors, lets us have a deeper perception to the word determination in proving that we will be more successful than others. Being successful, in a way of achieving our dreams in clean ways. Let us put the lessons we have learned from our dear teacher in our life. Application of those lessons will greatly affects the way we live in whatsoever aspects of life.

And now that we’re leaving, let us still be active in bringing our school up higher to the highest by being an active alumnus. In this way, we can prove that attitude is the one that really matters. Goodbye High school Life and Hello College! Let’s still have to ourselves the motto, ALTIORA PETO! Congratulations Batch 09 -010
